The community at St Cuthbert’s Church in southeast Oakville provides programming where there is otherwise a significant lack of community gathering space, in the midst of a rapidly growing community of Mandarin-speaking seniors, children and youth. Our community needs space for people of all ages to gather, develop relationships, learn, play, and grow. We actively serve a multicultural, multi-generational community, through a wide variety of activities needed by our community to support a diversity of social and economic needs. We provide tax clinics, financial management sessions, employment skills development through volunteering and the Canada Summer Jobs program, and optimizing physical and mental health. We strive to better the lives of people of ALL abilities, ages, ethnicities, faiths, and sexual orientations by providing hospitality and affordable programs, services, supports, and other experiences that nourish people in body, mind, and spirit.
